 **Deposit Policy** Please be advised that deposits are non-refundable. Due to high demand for appointments, cancellations, no-shows, rescheduling, and changes made to your appointment within 72 hours, will result in  your deposit being forfeited. No shows will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. If you need to reschedule your appointment and are unable to do so through the app, please contact us at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled time. By booking your appointment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Thank you for your understanding! 

Please be advised that if you are 10 minutes late to your appointment we may not be able to provide our services. If this is the case, we will do our best to reschedule the appointment to a time that better suits. (late fee will incur) Please arrive to your appointment 5 minutes early.  

Please respond to the confirmation messages that are sent out. It serves as a reminder for upcoming appointments, and also helps our staff structure their day. 

If you have lost more than 50% of your lashes, please book in a full set rather than a refill. It takes significantly longer to replace more than 50% of your lashes, and the refill booking does not cater for the extra time. 

Afterpay and Zip Pay is available in store for a minimum of $100.00.
